There is a burst water main outside Leeds Parkway Hotel, Otley Rd (A660), Bramhope Leeds LS16 8AG.
Currently there are 2-way signals controlling traffic, however, to add to the disruption, there are current ongoing planned works, also using signals, that are taking place approximately 500m away outside Adel Manor Care Home, who are unable to safely remove these until later tomorrow.
Crews are in attendance and are endeavoring to repair the issue as quickly as possible.
