We have had a further update from the Refuse Department regarding the delayed (quite delayed in some cases) collection of bins of all colours in Bramhope.
We have had problems fully crewing up today due to a reduction in cover availability and increased staff absences, and so we have had to stand a handful of garden waste collections that were due today.
If we are unable to recover the missed collections tomorrow we will try again Wednesday. The public message remains the same – to leave brown bins out up to 2 days and then if not collected to take them back in.
