Reflections in Silver at Temple Newsam is a new exhibition and film centering on new silversmith commissions from Miriam Hanid and Yusuke Yamamoto.

The exhibition reveals these new objects for the first time, and showcases the inspiration, processes, artistry and skill behind their creations.
Using the unique opportunity that commissioning offers, a new film by Nick Singleton captures the entire journey of each artwork – from first sketches and early experiments to the final shaping and polishing.
The film will be shown alongside the finished commissions, accompanied by displays of drawings, models and behind‑the‑scenes photography that reveal the artists at work in their studios.
